Mission Statement

The mission of the Worship Ministry is to be authentic worshipers of God, worshiping Him in spirit and in truth.  To praise The One True God with all of our hearts and bring to remembrance His glory, truth, goodness, love and mercies as we spend intimate time with our Creator and Lord in personal and corporate worship.

“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." John 4:23-25 (NKJV)

John 4:24 states that the Father is looking for worshipers that will worship Him in spirit and truth. This value states that our lives and our expression of worship ought to be in line with one another. Our corporate worship expression is the overflow of our individual lives lived out minute by minute in the presence of the Lord. This value asks us to strive to bridge the chasm between the words of our worship and the actions of our daily lives (Ron Mann).

The Living Truth worship team has a contemporary style which incorporates modern worship into our praise. One of the roles we serve in the music ministry is to help prepare hearts and minds to hear and receive the Word of God. Our purpose is to lift up the Name of Jesus Christ and glorify God through music.
