Living Truth Missions Ministry

Mission Statement

Our purpose as the Missions Board of Living Truth Christian Fellowship is to extend and support the body of Christ in service to others as we refresh the saints. We seek to be used by God as vessels to minister the teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  Utilizing God's provisions, his "glorious, unlimited resources" (Ephesians 3:6), we strive to provide hope within our homes, communities, and throughout the world as we serve to promote the Gospel through individuals and the body.  We are confident that He who began a good work will be faithful to continue his work until it is finished on the day of Christ's return (Phil 1:6).

(Mark 16:15-16)
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

The Missions bulletin board in the church foyer has more information on our missionaries.

The Spradleys:

Andy, his wife Nadine and their three daughters have been serving in Macedonia since 1995. Macedonia sits on the northern border of Greece, nestled between Albania and Bulgaria. They are involved in personal evangelism with the goal of establishing new churches. Macedonia has two million people, less than 0.1% of whom are Christians.

The Reeds:

John & Georgie Reed were appointed as career missionaries in September 2008, to serve Action International Ministry’s team worldwide through member care ministries. John served as pastor of Faith Bible Church for many years. FBC was one of two churches which merged to birth Living Truth in 2007. While serving in pastoral ministries for 33 years in California, Oregon and Washington, the Reeds honed their teaching, speaking,  writing, coaching and relational skills. They are thrilled to now use their ministry experience to serve missionaries first hand. Their passion is God; their priority is people.

The Beverlys:

Dale and SuZann Beverly have worked and shared under the Africa Inland Mission in northern Kenya from 1978-2002 and are now in the USA. Still working with AIM they reach out to Africans living in America. Their ministry base is River Bend Ranch, Powtin, KS. Building bridges with Africans living or going to school in the states they offer counseling/encouragement, fellowship events and church planting. Breakthrough Community Church is a 2 year old African Immigrant church in Wichita where the Beverlys teach Sunday school. Our church family has supported them since 1978. The Beverlys greatly appreciate all our prayers and support.“We give Him the glory for all He has done and will do in our lives.” - The Beverlys

The Coles:

Since 1994 Jeff and Gena Cole have been ministering to the Snowbird Community of the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indian Reservation.  In October of 2009 Utugi Baptist Church was formed, continuing the outreach to the Snowbird Cherokee community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  "Utagi" is the Cherokee word for "Hope" and Jeff Cole is now serving as their pastor.  He is also an Army Guard Chaplain, providing pastoral support to the troops and their families.  Gena provides a continual ministry to the women in the Snowbird Community.  She is also a leader in a community Bible Study Fellowship where 45 to 55 ladies meet every Tuesday morning to study God's Word.  The Coles appreciate the faithful prayer, support and encouragement that has enabled their ministry for the past 17 years.
